The location is superb, calle 26th and Cozumel, one block from the world famous Mamitas and Kool Tukan Beach Clubs, and one block from 5th avenue, a 20 block pedestrian only street, where there are wonderful restaurants, cafes, boutiques and shops. The condo is very spacious for a large or small group with over 3,000 SF of living area. The main floor has two bedrooms; one with a king sized bed and the other with two twins ( can be made into a king) and two full, glass and tile baths. On the main level is a fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining area that seats 8 and a comfortable living room with ocean view. Additionally, there is a large wrap around porch with ocean view and outside dining area, complete with teak table and chairs. The next level has a very spacious bedroom with twin beds (can be made into King) and a double futon plus full glass and tile bath and a 30 by 30 ft balcony with palms trees, garden area, lounge chairs, table and chairs and of course, ocean views. On the top level is a 20 by 20 rooftop balcony with great panoramic ocean views lounge chairs and another table and chairs. There is one private parking space, cable TV, high speed wireless internet and washer and dryer. All linens and one weekly cleaning is included along with beach towels.
